In processing your order, we may send your details to, and use information from credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies and other companies for use in credit decisions and to pursue debtors. If you apply to us for insurance, we will also pass your details to the insurer. Wherever possible we will not transfer your information to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), but we will use a UK Service Partner to process specific insurance registration forms. They will use their internal resource outside located outside of the EEA to complete this service, but your information will remain in the UK and activity will be completed through remote log-in. Where we do transfer your information outside of the EEA we shall put in place suitable safeguards to ensure the protection of your information.

We will look to automate decisions within our processes where it is possible, and you will have the right to the reasoning behind any decisions taken by these automated means (e.g. the result of declarations made during any online application).
