If you or any person covered under the same travel insurance policy has a pre-existing medical condition, it is possible you may have:

been refused travel insurance because of a medical condition.
an existing policy cancelled or amended because of a medical condition.
been offered insurance, but your medical condition has been excluded.
been offered insurance with an additional premium of £100 or more due to your medical condition.
